Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where a manufacturing issue is clearly identified and verified.

To request a refund due to a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of purchase
  • The hair must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • You must provide photo or video evidence showing the defect for review

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or denied.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only on specific hair types, and only if the item is:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Requested within 30 days of purchase

Eligible for exchange:

  • Hair bundles ,Micro Loops and Ponytails ONLY

Not eligible for exchange:

  • All other hair products
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
